Thanks for uploading :File:K-factor of an amplifier against frequency.jpg, which you've attributed to Dr John M Rollett. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

Hi John,

1. Let me start by reiterating what Sulfurboy said in his review of Draft:Rollett Stability Factor: Wikipedia is not a reliable source, and should not be used as a reference. To use something specific from a Wikipedia article, cite that article's sources.
2. Free online availability of sources has no bearing on draft approval. Scientific papers behind pay walls are available for free to you and to reviewers through many university libraries, and through Wikipedia:WikiProject Resource Exchange/Resource Request. A review may take slightly longer when sources have to be fetched that way, but do not let that influence your choice of sources; pick the strongest, highest quality sources regardless of free online accessibility.
3. To prove notability, independent reliable sources that address the Rollet Stability Factor directly and in depth are needed. In this case that probably means college textbooks and academic journal articles. Avoid passing mentions like "unrelated blah blah blah, calculate the Rollet Stability Factor, more unrelated blah blah blah," and aim for sources that spend a page or more discussing the Factor.
4. *The reliability of microwaves101.com is unclear. "Published in association with the IEEE" leaves the authorship, degree of peer review, and editorial oversight (and the importance of their hall of fame) very murky.
5. *The title of the IEEE paper suggests it might be an ideal source, but it's only cited to support the first sentence of the draft. That limited use contrarily implies that it doesn't say much about the subject.
6. *Odyseus is a self-published source - one engineer's aide memoire - and as such does not fit Wikipedia's definition of a reliable source.
7. * Rollett's paper is good to cite, but does not count towards notability because it is not independent.
8. When Becky Sayles declined the draft, it cited only one independent source, microwaves101.com, whose reliability is iffy. A minimum of two solid sources is required. In practice, a few more are usually required to fulfill all the notability conditions, but quality is much more important than quantity. Too many sources, especially so-so ones, can work against an article if they're perceived as bombardment.
9. Do not expect reviewers to evaluate lists of further reading. If they're independent reliable sources with in-depth coverage of the topic, cite them as references. You may include a further reading section, but be sure to limit it according to Wikipedia:Further reading.
10. I found it difficult to grasp the subject from reading the draft. Admittedly, electronic amplifiers are not my specialty, but my background is in a related field. More context would help. Writing well about technical topics for a general audience is difficult. Any deficiencies in this area won't prevent the draft from being approved, but clarity is bound to be a plus.
11. You might find it useful to reach out to Wikipedia:WikiProject Electronics or perhaps Wikipedia:WikiProject Physics - whichever project's scope you feel best covers your topic. They may be able to offer further advice on whether the topic should have it's own article or be covered as part of a broader article, on sources, on article structure, etc.
