[[WP:ACE2015|ArbCom elections are now open!]]

Hi,

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:08, 24 November 2015 (UTC)

Seyi Shay

I reverted your edit because Nigeria doesn't have an official chart. Seyi Shay's singles didn't chart in none of the countries listed in the table. As a matter of fact, with the exceptions of South Africa and the U.K, none of the other countries have official music charts. You probably copied the code from the Wizkid discography article, but I assure you I will remove the chart positions section from that article. I am going to revert your edit again. If you decide to undo my revision, you will get reported to the administrators, as well as get temporarily blocked from editing due to WP:3RR violation. Inclusion of "Africa Charts"

Africa Charts is not a reliable chart because it is not published by a recognized reliable source, not an IFPI affiliate, and does not use the support of Nielsen SoundScan. The company's [http://africacharts.com/about-africa-charts/ about page] doesn't list any of its vendors or network. Just stating that "We track hundreds of thousands of African songs around the globe measuring their popularity and reach, to provide specialized insight for artist, tour promoters, retailers, record labels, marketers, and passionate music fans" isn't enough to warrant this chart suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia. This is the second time you're being warned about using this chart. If you cite it again or revert my edit, I am reporting you. Versace1608 (Talk) 23:12, 7 January 2016 (UTC)

Changing peaks for no reason

Why did you make [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Don%27t_Mind_(Kent_Jones_song)&diff=726314694&oldid=726305673 this] edit? You removed perfectly legitimate peaks and in part reverted to an old revision of the page. Do not make deliberately unconstructive edits or you will be reverted. Also, do not change columns on pages, as you did at Måns Zelmerlöw discography, without changing the reference in the header. You changed the Norwegian column to a Polish one without altering the reference there at all. It was a lazy, pointless edit. Besides that, do not put columns containing airplay peaks or add certifications for countries whose column is not on discographies. Airplay should not be confused or conflated with sales. I have warned you several times for these types of things. Please learn and change your behaviour or you're going to run into more problems in the future. Ss112 20:48, 25 June 2016 (UTC)

:Uh, dude, no. "Unsourced or poorly sourced material may be challenged and removed" is literally a thing written in Wikipedia templates like Template:Refimprove. Do you actually think that's something I came up with? So I removed your unsourced material. Also, you need to read more on Wikipedia if you think I came up with the maximum of 10 charts on discographies; it's part of WP:DISCOGSTYLE and should be followed by editors. And by restoring your edits to Bob Sinclar discography, you added the Italian column out of alphabetical order, cited [http://italiancharts.com/showinterpret.asp?interpret=Bob+Sinclar a page] that does not contain the information you claim it does and re-added its certifications to the singles section despite its column not being in that section. Don't re-add it or I will start officially warning you. Your retaliations have gone far enough and you're in the wrong. Furthermore, don't re-add airplay peaks for a non-notable chart alongside sales charts on Måns Zelmerlöw discography. How do I know? Because I have eyes and can read that the URL you're linking to includes "http://bestsellery.zpav.pl/airplay". You're not fooling anybody. Stop. Ss112 18:12, 27 June 2016 (UTC)

Fire in the Rain

Only the top 50 of the Ultratip chart is ranked. Ultratop no longer ranks songs below that, so counting from A to M to where it is is not correct. It's unranked, and songs that appear on a chart without a number cannot be put in charts sections. Perhaps you can write it in the prose of the article, but listing it as 61 is incorrect, as is 111. It's not about being "able to count". Stop, or I'll start giving you warnings. Ss112 02:59, 21 July 2016 (UTC)

LP (singer) edits

Please don't restore the Mexican airplay peaks to LP (singer). Airplay peaks should not be put on discography pages if they can be avoided, because it is not sales data and is inconsequential. I removed them for a reason. An artist peaking at 383 on any chart is ridiculously low and should not be put in discography sections to grasp for any kind of data related to an artist. Do not change the French peak; since you are from France and are interested in charts, you should know the downloads, or téléchargés chart is very close to what the final peak at the end of the week is, and is far more worth of inclusion than airplay peaks below any kind of sensible threshold in Mexico. File:Stop hand nuvola.svg Your recent editing history at :The 100 (TV series) shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Måns Zelmerlöw discography

I thought you were over this, and that I had explained to you. I understand "téléchargés" means downloads. I don't have to be French to know that. I have explained to you that the downloads/téléchargés chart published on SNEP's website is usually very close (perhaps one spot away) from what the final chart (combining sales of downloads and streaming) shows, published later on at lescharts.com. SNEP's website does not publish a "fusion" chart combining both, and I was certainly not the first person on Wikipedia to understand that the downloads peak on SNEP is what the final peak is usually going to be and utilise it as such, so going around and putting in "French DL" is misunderstanding what is intended by the data there already. Besides, lescharts.com has updated now and Måns's "Should've Gone Home" ended up at 90, whereas its peak on the downloads chart at the start of the week was 89. One spot difference can be corrected later on and is not worth the amount of fighting you're still doing about it. Ss112 15:45, 11 August 2016 (UTC)

:Downloads are the main contributing factor to the final chart. The page you linked me to, http://lescharts.com/showitem.asp?interpret=M%E5ns+Zelmerl%F6w&titel=Should%27ve+Gone+Home+%28Je+ne+suis+qu%27un+homme%29&cat=s, has updated and shows 90 as its peak now, which as I just pointed out, is one position away from where the downloads chart had it at. I think you looked at that link before it had updated with the week's data. Ss112 16:30, 11 August 2016 (UTC)

File:Ambox warning pn.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on :Melissa McCarthy. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. :Regarding the message you left on my talk page: No, I'm not kidding. Your behavior of just readding a very bad photo without any edit summaries or talk page discussion does show an edit-warring mentality. [[Draft:List of Yellowstone characters|List of Yellowstone characters]] moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, List of Yellowstone characters, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
