This is not an article but a press release. It relies of puffery, such as adjectives of praise, and including minor along with major accomplishments. In his field, major acomplishments are his books, if they are published by a major uacademic publisher: they each need to be listed in full standard bibliographic format, and should mention any translations. We are concerned with highly cited individual peer-reviewed articles in major journals, not toal citations or "reputed" journals. We are interested in leadership poisition in national societies, not local societies. We are interested in national-level awards, not in-house university ones. We don't call him Professor throughout, but use his last name only. We're concerned with editor-in chief of academic journals, not editorial boards. All faculty consult; all faculty teach.
