PRODs

Hello, Let'srun,

You have a lot of experience with Wikipedia's deletion processes so I was surprised to see a PROD deletion nomination from you that stated {{tq|Subject does not appear to meet the GNG}}. This is not a compelling reason for deleting an article, "does not appear" isn't certain and is iffy. I realize that you can't do an exhaustive search for sources for every article you tag but in the future, please offer strong policy-based reasons why an article should be deleted that avoids qualifying statements like "appears to be" or "seems like". I mean, if you're not certain an article should be deleted then why should a reviewing admin agree?

But I point this one out to you because it was the exception, not the rule for your PROD nominations which are usually just fine. Thank you for all of your contributions to the project. Liz Read! Talk! 21:35, 22 May 2025 (UTC)
