Tasks
The primary purpose of Lightbot is to improve the use of units of measurement.
- Edits may add conversions to units e.g. "The engine weighs 160 pounds" -> "The engine weighs {{convert|160|lb|kg}}"
- Edits may edit format or spelling e.g. "200 Tons (180 MT)" -> "200 short tons (160 t)"
- Edits may add or remove links e.g. "{{convert|160|lb|kg|lk=on}}" -> "{{convert|160|lb|kg}}".
Other tasks may be performed, but these will usually be secondary. Approved tasks are listed at Wikipedia:Bots/Requests_for_approval#Approved_requests.
