It's something someone would say hoping it is what we want to hear. There's no indication that it's actually true.

I suggest you review your edits, and briefly describe the things you did wrong, and describe what you would do differently. Then it might be an unblock request worth reviewing. As the blocking admin, I won't decline this request, but unless you make some effort to convince us that you actually understand what went wrong, I advise against an unblock. --Floquenbeam (talk) 15:16, 28 February 2018 (UTC)

I'd like to see that you can write encyclopedic content. I made {{diff2|940078322|this edit}} a while ago, but I saved it as an example to use; you can see that I did some work on Galactic Empire (Star Wars) to clean it up. I cited sources, added content, and fixed up the article to conform to our content policies. It took a while, but I think I made the article a bit more readable and useful. Now that you've seen an example of what kinds of edits we're looking for, can you give us a broad example of what you'd do? Answer here on your talk page. The best answer to this question, in my opinion, is to suggest an edit similar to mine. Pick an article, find something that you'd like to fix, and tell us how this block is preventing you from doing so. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 01:36, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
