Hi Mla46ed.

Oops, you've been blocked for repeatedly adding an article about yourself that did not meet Wikipedia's criteria for notability. So, lets move on.

I'm also not "notable", but I have started a number of articles about my country Australia. There's nothing to stop you starting or improving articles about your country. (I have no Tagalog at all, but I can sing Bayan Ko :-) )

You might like to have a look at Wikipedia:Tambayan Philippines. There's lots of work to be done there that you might be interested in. And there is also the [http://tl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unang_Pahina the Tagalog Wikipedia], just one of Wikipedias in the languages of the Republic of the Philippines.

In short: please don't let the block put you off contributing in a constructive way to the Wikipedia project!
