You've [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#More_contrary_WP:ENGVAR_edits reported] a bunch of IPs at WP:ANI who are [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/IncidentArchive617#Contrary_WP:ENGVAR_edits_and_questions systematically] changing articles without consensus. It would be helpful if you could compile a complete list of the IPs you've noticed, as well as the registered accounts. One way to do this is to open a WP:SPI report. If that seems too involved, you could just make a list of the accounts somewhere and it might allow an admin to decide if rangeblocks are possible.
