First off, I would prefer it if you [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk%3AHalf-smoke&diff=263508654&oldid=263508168 didn't throw out accusations]. I never saw the post you made on the talk page. The previous dispute had very little to do with me, I just cleaned up the article after people were afraid that it was turning into an ad for Ben's Chili Bowl (only slightly applicable to the current issue.) The relevant policy is Wikipedia:Trivia sections, which says to avoid miscellaneous facts. Knowing that Obama didn't know what a half-smoke was is perhaps interesting inasmuch as he's not a Washington native, but it does not aid reader understanding on a half-smoke itself.
