They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. :Hi, Garudam! Well I had moved it as the commonly used spellings don't use IAST. For example article name is Punjab not {{Transliteration|pa|{{serif|puñjāba}}}}. Only some articles which are of very low importance and historians use it more than others use IAST as name. Well, I don't think so that it's very unfamiliar to the common people. I'd need more information before I would do such a thing — could you show me the specific edit that you're talking about? Also, if your account's been compromised but you haven't lost access to it completely, then all you really have to do is change your password to lock out the vandal, so we wouldn't normally remove user rights on a temporary basis just because of such a thing — we would usually only do that if your access to the account had been completely lost, so that the vandal had permanent control of it now.
