The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

O'Hare was given a squad number, #33, along with a number of youth players, these were submitted to the Premier League, the club decided to only list those senior professionals for some reason on their news story. The Birmingham Mail was given a longer list and reported it here [https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-squad-numbers-20192020-16729420]. : I don't think he belongs on the list, because it's a 1st team squad - and as you said - Villa clearly doesn't see him as a 1st team player. If you want to add him back, go on, I'm not gonna make a fuss about it. IMO, it doesn't even matter. Unless he's injured, I'm pretty sure he'll get loaned to League One/Two side in the next 10 days.
