Disambiguation link notification for April 3
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of dams and reservoirs in Wisconsin, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page St. Croix River. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wisconsin-Superior category
Hi Peter, I made the change to the category because of how college sports conference categorization works - not because of whether Wisconsin-Superior is a part of the conference or not. I (and others) are still working through establishing all of the Division III conference category trees, but there are several reasons why the school's main page should not be in the main category that you restored:
1. The schools within each conference are included in :Category:Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference schools, not the parent :Category:Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
2. Only full members are placed in :Category:Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference schools.
3. If the school/team has a category of its own, the category is placed within the tree, rather than the page itself.
Any pages/categories relating to ice hockey should be included in a :Category:Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference ice hockey, if/when they are created. You can review Division I conferences for similar examples that show how this should work. For an example off the top of my head, I suggest looking at how Navy is handled in the American Athletic Conference. Thanks! Billcasey905 (talk) 01:15, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
