[[Wikipedia:BLPPROD|Proposed deletion]] of [[Rafał Jaworski]]

File:Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Rafał Jaworski has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{tl|prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can {{#ifexist:Rafał Jaworski|request that it be undeleted|request that it be undeleted}} when you are ready to add one. Shantavira|feed me 19:26, 21 May 2025 (UTC)

:@Shantavira Currently I am not opposed to deletion, since I cannot find good sources for this relic, BUT this is not eligible for PROD due to it having been PRODed and declined before. You'll need to go through AfD. I might even support it. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:01, 22 May 2025 (UTC)

DYK for The Little Candle

|text = On 24 May 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article The Little Candle, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that a science fiction short story from 1939 has been called an "eerie prediction" and "an uncanny, horrifyingly vivid prophecy" of The Holocaust? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/The Little Candle. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, [https://pageviews.toolforge.org/?start=2025-05-14&end=2025-06-03&project=en.wikipedia.org&pages=The_Little_Candle The Little Candle]), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

DYK nomination for Soviet plunder

Hi, just reviewed your article Soviet plunder. Ping me on the review page, when you have done another QPQ to give it the green light. - Also, you will see that I copyedited quite a lot of grammar, spelling, and formatting of paragraphs. (Single-sentence paragraphs are generally discouraged, and some of your sentences were too long for readability.) But I generally do this while reading anyway, and your article certainly is well sourced and written. ;) - Another suggestion: The lemma seems too general and would, IMHO, benefit from more precision, like "Soviet plunder following WW II". I assume that there were other forms of Soviet plundering, not directly connected to the end of WWII. - Regards, Munfarid1 (talk) 09:02, 24 May 2025 (UTC)

:@Munfarid1 Tnx for the c/e. I chose the name by analogy to Nazi plunder. And you are likely right; that said, while the article's scope is mostly WWII it's arguably fine to expand it with pre- and post- WWII plunder; I intended it as a parent article for the broader topic. Art plunder should also be separated from industrial plunder (even in WWII context), probably. Although if this is RMoved to Soviet plunder following WW II, I wouldn't object (but I'd point out that the current, WWII focus seems to be also the primary meaning of this topic - Soviets did loot during other conflicts but that's much less famous). And yes, I didn't notice we are in a backlog mode again. 2nd QPQ done. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 12:26, 24 May 2025 (UTC)

::Thanks for your speedy reply, QPQ and explanation of your further plans on this topic. Just given the nom the green light. - Another idea that came to my mind is possibly mentioning the Amber Room in this context. Best, Munfarid1 (talk) 13:18, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
