File:Information.svg Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at :Church of Saint Sava. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you.C.Fred (talk) 18:22, 8 October 2019 (UTC)

Hello. I have not break any rule. I have never edit one page more than one time per day. Why you warned me about that?

As for my edits in the respective article. I explained several times but the other editore just ignor the explanations and repeat one thing.

I can prove that I am right and I can give you citations and sources of information about this issue if you want.

:Just because you didn't break the three revert rule doesn't mean you aren't edit warring. I see that you made three reverts to Church of Saint Sava within a 24-hour period, from 14:07 4 Oct to 12:18 5 Oct (UTC): [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Church_of_Saint_Sava&diff=prev&oldid=919582273] [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Church_of_Saint_Sava&diff=prev&oldid=919650925] [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Church_of_Saint_Sava&diff=prev&oldid=919729373], which goes against your claim of never more than one edit per day.

:Edit warring has nothing to do with being right or wrong. It has to do with refusing to discuss the matter on the article's talk page. I see no edits in your edit history to Talk:Church of Saint Sava. I strongly suggest you start discussion there if you think there are changes that need to be made. —C.Fred (talk) 00:19, 9 October 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for the answer.

As I said I am freshman in Wikipedia. I did not know that I should use the form that you showed me above. And even now I am not sure how to use it.

As for my claim - in the lines above I did not express myself in the proper way but even in this case I have not break the respective rule. I believe that I have never break any rule. And I am warned about it in the same time. I can not understand that.

As for the edit warring. There are two sides in this. It is not only me in this. Right? But I am the only one who is warned. Why is that?

Thank you for your advice. I will explore the form that you showed me in the lines above and I will try to use it.

But what should I do if the other editor continue to not accept the facts and deny reliable sources?

Thank you for the answer

File:Notre dame de la paix yamoussoukro by felix krohn.jpg

Regarding your edits to :File:Notre dame de la paix yamoussoukro by felix krohn.jpg, if you wish to have a cropped version of the image, it should be made as a new image instead of overwriting the original. For what its worth, I do not think cropping the image is an improvement for illustrating the basilica. -- Whpq (talk) 13:59, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

:Thanks. I need another image size for the purposes of an article in Wikipedia (the list of the tallest church buildings). There is a table there and all other images in it have "vertical" orientation (narrower). Puldin (talk) 14:22, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

::That makes sense for the list article. You can upload a cropped version as a separate image for list articles where the wide image is not as appropriate. Be sure to credit the original image. If you have any questions about that, you can ask me, or post a question at Media Copyright Questions. Cheers. -- Whpq (talk) 15:02, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

:::A few minutes ago I posted a new image size as my own work. I don't know if I did it correctly. Could you check? I just put the new size in the table in the article. Could you check if everything is OK? Puldin (talk) 15:09, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

::::Unfortunately, you have uploaded the image to Commons, and not locally. Ivory Coast does not have freedom of panorama so it cannot be hosted on Commons where images must be free in both the USA and the country of origin. The English Wikipedia only goes by the copyright status in the USA which does allow freedom of panorama for buildings so it can be hosted here locally. I've made a request to have it moved. -- Whpq (talk) 15:51, 20 May 2025 (UTC)

:::::OK, thanks! Puldin (talk) 00:19, 21 May 2025 (UTC)
