{{re|Bbb23}} I did not know it took experience to understand the rules. I suspect your referring to one of the 3 articles I put up for speedy deletion, could you please refer to the one in question, as I believed each has merit.
I see you handled the Indian Defence Review, see WP:ORGSIG and it falls under the category for being speedy deletion by WP:A7-"inc/web" for commercial and non-commercial organization/for websites.
