{{divbox|gray|3=This submission is not suitable for Wikipedia. Please read 'What Wikipedia is not' for more information.|}} The comment the reviewer left was:
{{divbox|blue|3=On the one hand I should be the first to find a list like this interesting, I'm a yachtsman myself. The current title Draft:Pleasure Boat International Travel Formalites at first had me thinking "that's a strange name for a company", but it's obviously not a proper noun, and maybe a title like Draft:List of yacht travel regulations or similar would have been more appropriate? But there is one huge problem with a list like this: basically it is a condensed version of all the individual country pages from Noonsite. That's handy, but the problem is it gets outdated quickly, isn't updated, and thus just isn't very suitable as an encyclopedic entry. WP:NOTTRAVEL fits well. I'm sorry to say it, I know a lot of work went into this. You could try and see if it is suitable for inclusion on Wikivoyage.}} Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
