[[:Draft:Valley Water Mill Lake]]
Hi, just for future reference, you just need to put the words "subst:submit" (inside the double curly brackets) at the top of the draft. The 'code' and 'nowiki' in the help desk article were to proved a highlighted area and also to stop Wiki from 'indexing' the page (which would have submitted the entire help desk page for review!). 'Subst' is used to automatically expand a keyword (in this case 'submit') into a pre-formed mark up which in this case also generates a review notice. Happy editing.
