Climate articles
Nowadays, climate article editing is done within the broader meteorology project. There have been improvements made to the state and country climate articles through the years, despite the inactivity of the climate project. However, climate editing of global warming articles has been very active over the years. As far as I can tell, a few former global warming article contributors were sanctioned in 2010 for violating WP:OWN and displaying non-wikipedia like behavior, which explains some of the tags on some of the global warming-related pages. However, they weren't improving general climate articles. Check out United States rainfall climatology and Climate of India to see articles of quality within the climate portion of the meteorology project. I hope you consider editing climate articles within wikipedia...there's a lot to do and few people willing to do it. If you ever get to the point of nearing burn out, take some time off. Let me know if you have any questions. Thegreatdr (talk) 17:22, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
