I'm not going to push it, because I suppose you're right that people should be able to guess what it means - but the page is now technically incorrect. Admins have the extended confirmed user permission which allows them, like extended confirmed accounts, to edit pages under ECP. They're not extended confirmed accounts, however, which is why administrators can't read this part of the sentence - but they can read this part!(check the source code to see what I'm talking about). As an alternative exercise: look up an administrator of your choice in Special:ListUsers/extendedconfirmed and see if you can find them. And there's your fun niche fact of the day! GreenLipstickLesbian💌🦋 06:38, 26 March 2025 (UTC)
:I am aware, but I generally also follow the principle of most conciseness. Strictly speaking, there is no concept of "extended confirmed editor" but just "editor with extended confirmed permission" or "editor with extended confirmed userright". But the difference between the two is not really impactful enough to add extra words explaining so.
:A similar example was for Wikipedia_talk:Requests_for_adminship/2024_review#Proposal_14_close where the suffrage was changed to XC. And there as well, the final wording on Wikipedia:Requests for adminship, the wording of choice was "extended confirmed account" as opposed to a verbose version or "500 edits/30 days". (But huh, it does say admins there explicitly, I didn't notice that!)
:I remember there was a quarry run with a list of "which editors meet 500/30 but don't have XC" and it had a bunch of ex-admins as well (and very few XC revokes). Obviously there's consensus (I think explicitly too?) to allow such editors to participate in RFA/RECALL. But even that's not explicitly laid out.
:Ultimately, it does not matter, so you are right on that. But I am open to just having a quick discussion on WT:RFA to tighten all three XC wordings on both WP:RFA and WP:RECALL pages Soni (talk) 07:22, 26 March 2025 (UTC)

Recent reverts!
Hi,
I am adding this here to know why you shifted the sections. I have reverted them to original places.
Generally, placing Casualties after Timeline is relevant, as it is detailing the direct outcomes of the primary events mentioned in the Timeline; when the next topic is Ceasefire which naturally follows at either last or post-event details as it marks when and how the conflict ended - whether permanently or temporarily. About the legal status, it is more of a secondary issue, so shifting it above doesn’t seem appropriate in terms of a proper narrative flow. HilssaMansen19 (talk) 06:28, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
:@HilssaMansen19 I saw your revert. I partially disagree with it. I do not have the bandwidth to sort this out right now. I think it's better we discuss this on the talk page instead. Soni (talk) 07:33, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
::Okay, no worries! If possible, before moving to discussion; I'd rather we discuss here among us first. I agree with MOS:SNO. We can keep it as it as to follow primary, secondary and later, divisions as I mentioned. That will save us a lot of trouble from numerous shifting edits. Whenever you are active again, ping me. HilssaMansen19 (talk) 07:46, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
:::I will not be discussing here. This is a user talk page. It is used for things that concern me and edits I made. The talk page is the talk page. It is used for edits about the article and choices for there. There are many experienced editors who may be interested in opining or contributing on the article. They will check the talk page, not user talks. Soni (talk) 08:37, 12 May 2025 (UTC)
Thanks
