File:Information orange.svg Please do not remove information from articles, as you did to :Sam Ruddock. Wikipedia is not censored, and content is not removed on the sole grounds of perceived offensiveness. Please discuss this issue on the article's talk page to reach consensus rather than continuing to remove the disputed material. If the content in question involves images, you also have the option to configure Wikipedia to hide the images that you may find offensive. Thank you. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 11:19, 30 April 2025 (UTC)

File:Ambox warning pn.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on :Sam Ruddock. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. fifteen thousand two hundred twenty four (talk) 11:24, 30 April 2025 (UTC)

Information you may find useful

Targaryen1993, you say at the Biographies of living persons noticeboard that you are a relative of :Sam Ruddock with concerns about the content of the article. As I have tried to explain on the talk page for the article, Talk:Sam Ruddock, the content of Wikipedia articles reflects what reliable sources have written on the topic. But you may find the following page useful: Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Help. Note that in addition to explanations, there's an e-mail address highlighted near the top of that page: info-en-q@wikimedia.org. That goes to a team of trained volunteers. I'm not sure they will be able to help you, but I suggest you look at that page and try that e-mail address. (Note that the article is titled "Sam" not "Samuel", because that's how he's named in all the sources.) Yngvadottir (talk) 17:46, 1 May 2025 (UTC)
