Translation
Hello! Strange request here, but an article about me and my Wikipedia work has been promoted to Good article status at English Wikipedia and nominated for similar status at Spanish Wikipedia. I'm curious if you have any interest in translating the entry for Norwegian Wikipedia or other projects?
Figured I'd ask since your profile suggests you do translation work. Either way, happy editing! ---Another Believer (Talk) 19:03, 8 December 2022 (UTC)
[[Draft:Stein Groven|Stein Groven]] moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Stein Groven. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources.
I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page.
When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Significa liberdade (she/her) (talk) 15:27, 16 October 2024 (UTC)

File:Information.svg Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into :Stein Groven. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. People usually move your article to draftspace so that it can undergo edits that take more than a few minutes to fix glaring issues, like sourcing. However, if you object, please do not just recreate this article in mainspace, and use the move button at the top of the page instead. Sennecaster (Chat) 02:26, 24 October 2024 (UTC)
