New young editor being disruptive?

Hi, I'm Sparkle and Fade. I've recently ran into a younger editor, User:L$Aiden$L, who's actions may constitute disruptive editing. They recently opened two threads at the Teahouse ("How to become an admin" and "Help making an rfa") in an attempt to become an admin, and many of their edits received suppression because they revealed their age twice. From what I'm seeing, they seem to be faking having cancer and has 'fallen into a coma' at one point, and at the time of writing fell into a second coma. Another account, User:Jeremy Lawrence popped up today claiming to be his father and I'm like 90% sure it's Aiden sockpuppeting. I'm not sure if I should open an ANI thread, so I'm contacting you. Yasen class

The Bushranger, Yasen-class submarine is not a cruise missile submarine. If Yasen-class is a cruise missile submarine than Virginia-class submarine is also a cruise missile submarine.
