(Script under development - not yet functional)
When completed,
this script will send the selected link to the outline of the user's choice (it will prompt for the parent topic). First it will check to see if the topic is already there. If not, it will add the topic as a list item to the receiving section of the outline. If none, it will place it in general concepts, and failing that, the see also section.
