Disambiguation link notification for May 17
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dybdahl, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sunfish ([//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dablinks.py/Dybdahl check to confirm] | [//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dab_solver.py/Dybdahl?client=notify fix with Dab solver]). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

File:Information.svg Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to :Draft:Tensorsketch, from its old location at {{no redirect|User:Thomasda/Tensorsketch}}. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. - RichT|C|E-Mail 13:48, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

Polynomial evaluation
Thanks for creating Polynomial evaluation. I have fixed some weaknesses. However, in your more recent edits you have insered again some that have been previously fixed. I mean the systematic use of "we" that is discouraged in Wikipedia. See MOS:WE. Please, fix this yourself.
Also, you could add a section on Khovanskii's theorem relating the additive complexity of the evaluation of a polynomial with the number of its real roots (maybe this is already in your project). D.Lazard (talk) 12:29, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
: Thanks for the help with the article! The MOS:WE seems to say that "we" is allowed in math like "We construct S as follows". I'll try to be more careful not to overuse it. Khovanskii's theorem sounds very interesting too. I don't know it, but I will make a not to look it up. If you know it well you are also very welcome to add it, or anything else you feel is lacking. My todo mostly include multipoint evaluation and the preparation techniques following Motzkin. Thomasda (talk) 18:35, 30 May 2021 (UTC)
::{{to|Thomasda}} For the relationship between additive complexity and number of real roots, you can see: Risler, J. J. (1985). Additive complexity and zeros of real polynomials. SIAM Journal on Computing, 14(1), 178-183.
:: The other articles listed by Google Scholar for "additive complexity" polynomial can be useful either. D.Lazard (talk) 19:23, 30 May 2021 (UTC)

[[Wikipedia:Proposed deletion|Proposed deletion]] of [[:File:Irwin-hall-cdf.png]]
The file :File:Irwin-hall-cdf.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused, superseded by :File:Irwin-hall-cdf.svg.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 04:41, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
