This was also in conjunction with your vote in an AfD discussion [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3AArticles_for_deletion%2FRavieshwar_Singh&diff=1249399260&oldid=1249393762 here] where there are editors who appear to have been paid or canvassed to go there and vote.
