Referring to [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Help_desk/Archives/2019_December_29#Wrong_deleting this question], yes, we understand that the people who experienced something are sources. What we need on Wikipedia are reliable sources and what you say is original research. A journalist or someone working on a thesis for a degree could interview you and if someone in charge of making sure the facts were correct considered your story reliable, that could in fact be a source, but you have to go through that process first.
