Help me!

Hi -- I've created an article on the Welsh writer

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:David_Kelso-Mitchell

But it's currently a draft and not available to search-engines. I'm not sure how to submit it for approval by Wikipedia volunteers, so that it becomes a proper Wikipedia article. Can you help? Thanx.
