Hi {{u|Unitacx}}, just read your user page and thought you would be interested in working on Terry stop and Consent search with me. I put some material on the Talk pages. Absolutely agree that there is too much coercion allowed by the police right now. Personally, I locate a lot of it with "terry stops". The other issue, that 97 percent of federal cases and 94 percent of state cases end in plea bargains, is just insane, isn't it. Anyway, ping me if you reply here. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
