I've reverted [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Nash&oldid=472820736 this] edit you made to Kevin Nash as the alterations you made to his height and weight did not match those quoted by the citation used (Nash's WWE profile). ŞůṜīΣϹ98¹Speak 16:46, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

Unreliable sources
Valentfred, I noticed that you have been adding moves to various wrestlers' movesets. While that is commendable, I have two areas of concern. Firstly, you have cited the moves with sources such as allwrestlingnews, wrestlingattitude and yardbarker which are not confirmed as reliable sources. If you use unreliable sources, the information you added can be removed freely at any time. I would advise you consult the list of reliable sources provided by WP:PW. In particular, I find the most useful sources for moves to be PWTorch, PWInsider and Wrestleview. Secondly, one must note that signature moves should be moves that a wrestler uses regularly and repeatedly. One should not simply add a move to a wrestlers' moveset the first time he does it. What if he only does it once his whole career? How would that be considered a signature move? I would very much appreciate a reply to confirm your understanding of these matters, and I thank you for your edits to improve movesets. Starship.paint (talk) 08:24, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi. When you recently edited Serena Deeb, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sailing vessel (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Multiple uses of same reference
As I noticed with Seth Rollins, to use one reference for multiple parts of the article, please do avoid copying and pasting the entire reference every time as it clogs up the page and adds to the page size. Instead, give the reference a ref name... instead of for the first use of the reference, and for subsequent references just use without the need for or anything else in between Starship.paint (talk) 09:09, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

Wrestler heights
Signature moves
Hello Valentfred, I noticed you've been adding signature moves to several wrestlers' pages. While I do appreciate your contributions to the pages, I'd like to point you out to a recent discussion the WP:PW group had here. Please do that the time to read through and understand our rationale. You can continue the discussion as well if you wish. We're kinda concerned that there are listings of supposed signature moves that are used once, twice or are really common moves, and it would be great if you could take into account that rationale when adding signature moves. Thank you! Starship.paint (talk) 12:29, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
As per [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Heath_Slater&diff=prev&oldid=520075021|your edit] on Heath Slater... I'd like to make our stance clearer. If you want to add signature moves, try to get a reliable source that explicitly says it is a signature move, or get at least three reliable sources showing that X has performed Y, in this case, Heath Slater has performed the back heel kick. Of course, the three sources should not be three reports of the same show. The rationale is that we want to make sure that the signature moves are not moves the wrestler used once, twice. Please add more sources, thanks. Starship.paint (talk) 08:31, 29 October 2012 (UTC)

Edit summaries
File:Information_icon.svg Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
{{MediaWiki:summary}}
{{Inputbox| }}
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. --Odie5533 (talk) 13:17, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

Unreliable sources
I can tell you're editing in good faith with [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Chris_Hero&diff=558864821&oldid=558738577 such edits], but please, stop using WrestlingInc / Cageside Seats etc, they are not reliable sources. Please use PWTorch or PWInsider for sourcing. Thank you. Starship.paint (talk) 08:51, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
:Here is the list of reliable sources accepted by WikiProject:Professional Wrestling right now. We only add sources according to the list. Any sources not on the list are not "cleared" and thus are unreliable. The list was debated over by various WP:PW members. If you wish to add WrestlingInc or CagesideSeats, that is fine, but the approval process is only by proposing it at the WP:PW talk page. You propose a new topic on the talk page, we debate whether to accept it as a reliable source. Got that? Starship.paint (talk) 03:22, 9 June 2013 (UTC)

El Generico
Read the El Generico edit history and what Starship Paint wrote. One source isn't enough to establish a signature move. You've been told this about 200 times already. And read WP:PW/SG, I don't know what the fuck Daily Wrestling News is, but it certainly is not a reliable source.リボン・サルミネン (Ribbon Salminen) (talk) 20:56, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
:"I don't care about the rules". That sort of attitude will get you blocked from editing in an instant. If he's using the moves so often it shouldn't be that difficult to give four sources for them.リボン・サルミネン (Ribbon Salminen) (talk) 22:25, 14 September 2013 (UTC)

Image:Stop hand nuvola.svg Your recent editing history at :El Generico shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. File:Ambox warning pn.svg Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at :CM Punk. Your edits have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. STATic message me! 02:52, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
[[Rosey (wrestler)]]
This is ridiculous. I reverted your edit due to WP:LINKVIO, and you straight up revert? That's seriously not on. Allow me to further explain for you, since you seem to have spectacularly missed the point. Wikipedia cannot link to sites that violate somebody's copyright. In this cases, the youtube videoes have been uploaded by people who are not WWE. WWE owns the copyright to their tv shows and ppvs. They ddi not upload the vidoes, therefore the uploaders are violating WWE copyright, and wikipedia does not link to them. If you'd like to find some valid references, feel free to re-add the moves, but until then, no. I notice you have a long history of disruption; I sugest you develop some cop-on before you find yourself blocked. NiciVampireHeart 11:09, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
