Hi.

Just so you know (I think this was an experiment) that category is added to pages when a user uses the {{tl|help me}} template to ask a question, and when you use it people willing to answer questions get 'pinged'. Hi Vell, And welcome to Wikipedia. I see you are having some issues with people nominating your userpage for deletion. Let me explain the rationale behind it. The way it was formatted made it look like a Wikipedia article, which we generally don't allow. The relevant guideline is at Wikipedia:User pages#Pages that look like articles, copy pages, project pages. In general userpages can have information about the user, but they should not be given the appearance that the page is in fact an article. One of the issues was the use of categories. For example you had :Category:Filipino Roman Catholics as a category, that category would only be for actual articles. Categories for Wikipedians would usually be something like :Category:Roman Catholic Wikipedians. A couple other things, calling the userpage Miscellany is not termed as an insult, here, miscellany means it doesn't fall into any of the categories for which we have specific deletion/discussion forums (articles, redirects, or categories). When an Miscellany for Deletion template is on an article you are not allowed to remove it until the discussion is over, then an administrator will close the discussion and take the necessary action (deletion or removal of the template). Also blanking the discussion was also inappropriate. I have removed the icons from the top of the page that said you had the autopatrolled, file move, reviewer, and rollback userrights, as you have neither of those. I have left the autoconfirmed icon, as you are autoconfirmed. ::Note, I have replaced the MfD template, please don't remove it. The template being on it does not mean it will be deleted, it just has to be on the page while the deletion discussion is taking place. ::I probably cannot make an article on Vell Baria (I assume that is you, judging by your username), in order to have an article on Wikipedia a subject must meet the notability guidelines. As for the discussion, I cannot unilaterally close the discussion midway through it, but in all likelihood the page will be kept. :::Hi Vell, I have removed the template and closed the discussion. The two other editors who participated agreed to change their position and withdrawn the nomination as per your change. As such I would suggest you focus your energies on Wikipedia to expanding existing articles rather than trying to create an article on Vell Baria. I have looked at the previous version of your userpage, and the article that has been deleted in the past, and it is my opinion at this time that an article cannot be made abotu Vell Baria. As I said before, you can have a short description (in text) of yourself on your userpage, however it must not resemble a real article.
