Contempt of Court

In your change [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Contempt_of_court&curid=7201&diff=608748451&oldid=608402082 here], you missed the point that it was not $2.5 million, but an amount of 2.5 mills. The judge thought Chadwick was being obstreperous and unreasonable in refusing to pony up such a tiny amount.

I'll be here all week. Tip your waiter. Try the veal.

  • I saw in "... could present $2.5 million to the Delaware County ..." in refered article "H._Beatty_Chadwick" and though that it's "millions", but shortened. I don't know a lot about mills, but the actual millions of USD (i.e. a large sum of money that cannot be easily found) seem to be more appropriate for that case. As far as I understand, mills are something old or obsolete... Absense of link to "Mill_(currency)" and a full stop after the word also suggested that it's shortened "millions". _Vi (talk) 19:06, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
