There is no evidence, to this point in time, of any connection between the arrest and the explosion - and the only person on record discussing the possibility (a Texas State Fire Marshal spokeswoman) flatly denied it. If there is an official determination that the person is suspected of causing the explosion, and any charges are filed, we can go from there, but we shouldn't be speculating.
