Cartoon from book

I believe I scanned the cartoon from the book "War in the Philippines" by Marshall Everet, which was reprinted as part of the book "Startling Occurances" [http://cgi.ebay.com/STARTLING-EXPERIENCES-IN-THE-THREE-WARS-(c1900)_W0QQitemZ360069740849QQcmdZViewItem?IMSfp=TL0807121576r11341 Ebay description]. (Sorry I can't be more specific with page # &c; I no longer seem to have my copy-- presumably it was in the part of my collection lost in 2005 with Katrina.)
