This arbitration case has been closed and the final decision is available at the link above. The following remedies have been enacted:

:1) {{user|Wifione}} is indefinitely topic-banned from editing any pages relating to or making any edit about:

any Indian commercial organisation founded after 1915;
any Indian educational institution founded after 1915;
biographies of any living or recently deceased person associated with (i) or (ii)

and is restricted to one account.

:2.1) Wifione may only regain administrative tools via a successful request for adminship.

:3) {{user|Wifione}} is indefinitely banned from the English Wikipedia. They may request reconsideration of the ban twelve months after the enactment of this remedy, and every twelve months thereafter.
