File:Ambox warning pn.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on :Universe. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Begoon 05:41, 24 January 2018 (UTC)

Please have a look at MOS:SEAOFBLUE which recommends against multiple adjacent links such as "Perth, Western Australia", which is why I have been reverting/re-merging them to "Perth, Western Australia". I communicated with FIVB

Dear sir

I Communicated with FIVB and they reply below and they confirmed to me that USSR medals and RUS are combined together. so you should correct the medal tables based on FIVB(the official body of volleyball).

Quote

"Dear Mohamed, Thank you for your interest in volleyball. Indeed, the titles and medals won by the USSR are included in the total winnings of the Russian National Team. I hope this helps.

With kind regards,

Mr. Larry CARREL FIVB Volleyball Project Manager FEDERATION INTERNATIONALE DE VOLLEYBALL « Château Les Tourelles » Edouard-Sandoz 2-4 1006 Lausanne/Switzerland Tel. +41 21 345 35 35 Fax +41 21 345 35 45 larry.carrel@fivb.com www.fivb.com"

:Hi Mohamed, thank you for your message. Although it doesn't seem fair to the other former USSR member states, but since the FIVB is the official governing body of international volleyball, I will make those changes accordingly. By the way, what about the medals and titles won by Czechoslovakia, East Germany, West Germany, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro? Would the Czech Republic, Germany and Serbia inherit all their medals and titles too? In my opinion, other than Germany inheriting West Germany's medals and titles, all the other inheritances would be considered unfair as they have ignored the contributions from the other former member states of these countries. A double inheritance from East Germany's medals and titles to the unified Germany would also be considered unfair. Xindeho (talk) 05:50, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
