You have not even read the paragraph once before deleting - subject stats by saying, Majority of Divya Desam temples are spread over Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Kerala state hosts highest number of Divya desams outside Tamil Nadu - and it goes on elaborating and regionally classifying 108 divya desams for a reason that you may not appreciate.
