Block messages
Do you use twinkle? Twinkle is a lot better at issuing block messages. It is part of the same warning system that you probably have used before. That being said, when leaving a block message, it's generally considered "standard" to use the "sig" parameter instead of signing at the end. This would look like
:Thanks for the heads up. I use IE, so TW is a non-starter for me (as I understand it). I'll just have to copy the template into my toolbox and take it from there. See ya 'round Tiderolls 03:40, 13 June 2010 (UTC)
what did you dislike about the edit to [[History of Cleveland]]?
Thanks for letting me know that you reverted my edit. What specifically did you consider unconstructive? 24.44.14.186 (talk) 00:37, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
: Thanks for reconsidering and reverting the reversion. 24.44.14.186 (talk) 01:03, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
:Huggle does not give one a view of the complete article, so I had no idea that the spelling of the city evolved. I still don't think the older spelling belongs but that's a discussion for the article's talk page. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Tiderolls 01:06, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
:: Moses Cleaveland did spell his name different from the city that now bears his family name. I have started a new section at Talk:History of Cleveland to draw comment and consensus for a ruling on the appropiateness of the use of the old spelling in the timeline section. 24.44.14.186 (talk) 02:07, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
:::I'll stop by and take a look. Tiderolls 02:16, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Vandalism
RfA
Thank you very much for your contribution to my Rfa. I have made a comment about it at User talk:JamesBWatson#Your Request for Adminship which you are, of course, very welcome to read if you wish to. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:13, 21 June 2010 (UTC)
Question
Hello, why is it that you are reverting my edits over and over again? This is my information that somehow came on wikipedia and I do not tolerate this unrightful posting. Please leave my edits. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bravo31 (talk • contribs) 01:03, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
I am not a vandalizer I am a human with his rights. I do demand some respect as you will be given the same.

:You are adding graffiti to the article. please stop before you are blocked. Tiderolls 01:06, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
I am sorry if I am adding graffiti, but please remove those parts of that information. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bravo31 (talk • contribs) 01:08, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
:If you have concerns regarding article content or ideas on article improvement, I suggest you engage the editors on the article talk page. Your edits are removing sourced and pertinent content. Tiderolls 01:13, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
Is it possible that it could be paraphrased instead? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bravo31 (talk • contribs) 01:14, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

::66.131.57.91....but, I have addressed your request. Click [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Tide_rolls&diff=363100011&oldid=363098984 here]. Thanks for the reversion
It look like it was done by a third party, not logged in, on my work PC. Thanks for the reversion, and I'm sorry it happened. We have worked out the offender and it won't happen again. Swirling eddy (talk) 02:48, 25 June 2010 (UTC)
my "hooters" edit
You took away "boobs" from products that are 'sold' by Hooters; I wholeheartedly disagree with this. I believe that female anatomy is part of the sales pitch for eating at a Hooters: part of the gimmick is that you eat and gawk at attractive women. If you would prefer, I could put "breasts" instead of "boobs," but again, I feel that breasts are a legitimate part of what Hooters is all about. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.79.58.26 (talk) 02:20, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

:And fixed [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hooters&diff=370199912&oldid=370188835 here]. They do not "sell" breasts literally, whilst your point is valid. {{Sonia|ping|enlist}} 04:16, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
::Thanks for weighing in, Sonia. The "valid point" aspect kept me from further action. Very nicely done on the edit. Watch out...you may develop a reputation as a content editor :) Tiderolls 04:20, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
:::No probs. A content editor? I wish... all I do is stalk talk pages (which explains this.) I would like to get into content work, but I wouldn't know where to start. Cheers, {{Sonia|ping|enlist}} 04:37, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
