Václav Horák (27 September 1912 – 15 November 2000{{Cite web|url=http://www.eu-football.info/_player.php?id=8617|title=Václav Horák, footballer}}) was a Czech football player and later football manager.

He was a devoted player of SK Slavia Praha.

Horák played for the Czechoslovakia national team (11 matches/5 goals{{Cite web|url=http://nv.fotbal.cz/reprezentace/reprezentace-a/statistiky/viewstat3.asp?name=HorakVaclav|title=FOTBAL.CZ - Reprezentace A - statistiky|website=nv.fotbal.cz}}) and was a participant at the 1938 FIFA World Cup.
