Vadim Yurievich Stepantsov ({{langx|ru|link=no|Вадим Юрьевич Степанцов}}; born 9 September 1960) is a Russian poet and musician. Stepantsov is the founder of the Order of Courteous Mannerists and the musical group Bakhyt-Compot.
