Valentina-Neli Ardean-Elisei (born 5 June 1982) is a Romanian handballer for Gloria Bistrița. Since 26 September 2019, she is retired from the Romanian national team.{{cite web|url=http://www.eurohandball.com/player/511567|title=Valentina Neli Ardean Elisei|publisher=European Handball Federation}}

She received a silver medal in the 2005 World Championship and was named left wing of the All-Star Team.
