Velarifictorus micado, the Japanese burrowing cricket, is a cricket in the subfamily Gryllinae (family Gryllidae).[https://bugguide.net/node/view/364808 bugguide.net] Velarifictorus micado species information.{{ITIS |id=658900 |title=Velarifictorus micado (Saussure, 1877) }} It is found in southern Asia, along with an introduced population in the United States.
