Stroyeva was awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples, Order of the Badge of Honor, {{ill|Honored Worker of the Arts of the Kazakh SSR|ru|Заслуженный деятель искусств Казахской ССР}}, and People's Artist of the RSFSR.
