History
File:241108 Gophers Verrmont JohnMc039.jpg
The Catamounts went undefeated in the regular season in back-to-back seasons in the 1991–92 and 1992–93 seasons, the first time a women's basketball program did that in the NCAA era. Only Connecticut has done that feat since Vermont did it. They have won the conference title six times, second only to Maine.{{cite web|url=http://www.uvmathletics.com/sports/2010/6/28/WBB_0628103411.aspx|title=Vermont Women's Basketball [sic] History & Records|website=University of Vermont}}{{cite web|url=http://www.uvmathletics.com/documents/2016/3/8//WBBRecordBook.pdf?id=767|title=UVM Athletics|website=www.uvmathletics.com}}
