Design and development
The 133M is based on the earlier Verner 1400 and uses a 12 volt 1000W electric starter and has a 12 volt 160W generator. It runs on 95 octane automobile fuel or 100LL Avgas. The recommended time between overhauls is 1000 hours.{{cite web|url=http://www.vernermotor.com/indexc192.html?sec=3|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20130826080059/http://www.vernermotor.com/indexc192.html?sec=3|title=Verner Motor, Czech Republic - ultralight - aircraft - LSA|author=Zdeněk Klučka|archive-date=26 August 2013|work=vernermotor.com|access-date=30 June 2015}}
The engine was still advertised for sale on the company website in 2013, but by 2015 was no longer listed as available and it is likely that production has ended.{{cite web|url=https://web.archive.org/web/*/www.vernermotor.com/index.html |title=Verner Motor |website=Internet Archive Wayback Machine |access-date=30 June 2015}}
