Victor Murat "Chock" Kelley (October 31, 1887 – July 25, 1958) was a college football player and coach.{{cite news|url=http://cdnc.ucr.edu/cgi-bin/cdnc?a=d&d=LAH19150610.2.599|work=Los Angeles Herald|title=Carlisle Director Is Los Angeles Visitor|date=June 10, 1915}} He played quarterback for the Texas A&M Aggies football team and would later become the coach of the Carlisle Indians.{{cite web|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=7IYIAQAAMAAJ&q=%22choc+kelly%22+texas+A%26M|title=Life and times of the Choctaw original enrollees|last1=Samuels|first1=Wesley|year=1997}} Carlisle paid him a salary of $4,000 a year.{{cite news|url=https://www.newspapers.com/clip/3954040/muskogee_timesdemocrat/|page=8|title=Victor Kelley In A Great Magazine|date=June 4, 1915|access-date=January 3, 2016|work=Muskogee Times-Democrat|via=Newspapers.com}} {{Open access}} He was also an assistant coach of the 1921 SMU Mustangs.
