Vignole Borbera ({{langx|lij|Ei Vgnêue}}; Genoese: Vigneue) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region of Piedmont, located about {{convert|100|km|mi}} southeast of Turin and about {{convert|30|km|mi}} southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,154 and an area of {{convert|8.5|km2|mi2}}.
