Vigo di Cadore is a comune (municipality) in the province of Belluno in the Italian region of Veneto, located about {{convert|120|km|mi}} north of Venice and about {{convert|45|km|mi}} northeast of Belluno.

Main sights

Vigo's main attraction is the church of Sant'Orsola, built in the 14th century{{cite book|first1=Tiziana|last1=Franco|title=Gli affreschi della Chiesa di Sant'Orsola a Vigo di Cadore|language=Italian|location=Belluno|publisher= Istituto bellunese di ricerche sociali e culturali|year= 1985|OCLC=22325557|pages=120|series="Quaderni" (Istituto bellunese di ricerche sociali e culturali), n. 21}} by Ainardo da Vigo, the son of the da Camino's family last podestà of Cadore. In the frazione of Laggio is the church of Santa Margherita (c. 1305), with Byzantine-style frescoes. Speech is an eastern dialect of Ladin.
