Viktor Petrovych Onysko ({{langx|uk|Віктор Петрович Онисько}}, 17 December 1982{{spnd}}30 December 2022) was a Ukrainian film editor and a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participating in the Russo-Ukrainian war.

Biography

Victor was a famous Ukrainian editor.{{cite web|url=https://film.ua/ru/news/2458 |title=Представлен оригинальный саундтрек синематика игры Warpath от Postmodern Digital и Lilith Games|language=ru|publisher=film.ua|date= 12 April 2021}} He worked on more than 20 Ukrainian films and series, known not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe and the USA. These include ″Battle for Sevastopol″ (2015), ″The Fall of Lenin″ (2017), ″U311 Cherkasy″ (2019), ″Cold-bloodedness″ (2019) and ″Rising Hawk″ (2019), the latter of which is based on the historical Ukrainian novel by Ivan Franko.{{cite web|url=https://au.topnews.media/ukraine/viktor-onysko-director-died-in-the-war-unian|title= Viktor Onysko – director died in the war — UNIAN|language=en|publisher=au.topnews.media |date=2 January 2023}}
