Vincent McDyess Harper (born 22 September 2000) is a professional footballer who plays as a left-back for {{English football updater|ExeterCi}} side Exeter City. Born in Kenya, he has represented the England national C team.
Personal life
Born in Nairobi, Kenya, Harper moved to England when he was a toddler. He holds a dual citizenship. Having been born in Kenya, but moving to England at a young age, Harper is eligible to play for both the Kenya national team and the England national team.
