Virgin Classics was a record label founded in 1988 as part of Richard Branson's Virgin Records.[http://www.emiclassics.com/aboutusvirgin.php Virgin Classics - EMI Classics] "Virgin Classics was launched in April 1988 by Richard Branson, the founder and director of Virgin Classics."
